I have it as part of the Pulse Build I put on Kodi via Ares wizard. But if you just want Evolve go on Youtube, and type in Evolve for Kodi. It shows you how to install it as a standalone according to which version of Kodi you have.

Always worth putting on as an extra string to your bow so to speak.
