Is this the same Jack Hobbs who couldn't prevent Macclesfield from scoring 2 goals

We still need to get those set-pieces sorted, both taking and defending against them.
We want Waggy pouncing on rebounds from corners, not taking the bloody things.
Leave set-pieces to Wellens, Gally or even give Abe a go if they're not on the pitch?

Dunno why Gally wasn't taking them when he was on, his set-piece delivery is the best in the squad and he took them all last season. Waggy is useless at them.

Kasper and Bamba were pretty well faultless, the rest, well, the least said the better, all pretty crap really. passing all over the place, and totallly toothless upfront, same old story really

we need width and penetration (as my mrs says to me quite often!). Why are we playing so narrow and with 1 front man as we are not playomg 4 3 3 but 4 5 1? Schlupp played wide left ffs.

We need pace to open teams up and people like Dyer will do that. I think Sven made a mistake instantly discarding Dany N'Guessan. I think if Sven involved him in pre season he might of been able to get some consistency out of him as when hes on form he is class but when he not he useless but a bit of management and whos knows. Nigel used him very well and he scored quite a few goals for us

    neither do we arsehole

Think criticism of Pantsil is unfounded, playing in a new team that was under-performing as a whole, give him a chance

Btw, to all leicester fans who comment on Schmeichels 'passion'.... We saw that at elland road, bollocking defenders whenever a goal was conceded. Fact is he does it every single goal, and it will get tiresome, your defenders will eventually get bored of listening to him. Even if it was his fault he'll still bollock someone for it.

Tries to emulate his dad, but he does it just cos he can. Watch him properly, he actually isn't as vocal as you would guess when the ball is in play, you only notice him shouting something after the event

Schmeichel went ballistic at the whole team after about an hour. Yes it was great to see it but he carried on for a good 2 minutes, one of the Reading players was down thats why he went of so long. Yes it was needed but I think he went a little ott. We had Wellens, Fernandes, Bamba and Schmeichel in an arguement about it. This is where Matt Mills as captain needs to step in a smash some heads together and calm the situation down and get the team pulling in the right direction. If a player makes a mistake they will know they dont need someone to come and shout at them. They need some support and hopefully they will make up for their mistake

Sounds like typical Kasper to me, I think the 'passion' he shows actually affects the team he plays for negatively

Look mate, he's started well for us, and hasn't really been at fault for any of the goals we've conceded. Drop it, will you? It's getting boring tbh...

btw- this comment is not wumming.

i think leeds are very bitter at schmeichal leaving. Maybe he does have faults, but is one of the best up and coming keepers around and we got him for a very minimal fee. They have to keep coming on here to convince themselves that he is poor, and looking for excuses. Very commanding, and good shot stopper.
