“It’s another big game on Saturday and one that we’re looking to win. Hopefully we can come away with the three points.”

“It’s in our hands and that’s all you can ask for at this stage of the season. We know what we need to do.”

“The manager isn’t scared to make changes though. He's very demanding and that is how it has to be at this level.”

“If you don’t meet the standards he expects and demands then you'll be out of the team.“

“He's done a incredible job since coming in though and hopefully we'll still be a Premier League club come next season.”

“Omar Elabdellaoui is not available for Saturday. He needs to do a little bit more work.”

“I am happy with Maguire at right-back, but I could use the normal option of Elmohamady. We will see.” (it looks like he subsequently confirmed Elmo will be at right back).

“It is another important game on Saturday - another chance for us to take points on home soil.”

“It is normal pressure, big pressure yes but all the teams have pressure. It is important you feel comfortable with the pressure.”

“I feel my players are ready for the fight on Saturday. We weren’t happy with the last result.”

“I have seen my players work hard during the week and we are ready for the challenges that Saturday will bring.”

“We need to be calm tomorrow, be patient to do good things and cause problems for our opponent.”

I don't think so, I think he'll pick Huddlestone ahead of N'Daiye and with Dawson doing the presser and Elmo apparently playing, it could be 3-5-2.

He's gone for a 4-2-3-1 at home and it's worked pretty well, I can't see him going to a 3-5-2 just to accommodate players, he doesn't strike me as that kind of manager.

Huddlestone is back and will be captain, there's no need for Dawson to be in the team at the moment as he had a shocker last week. I expect we'll see N'Diaye and Thudd as holding midfielders and Clucas pushed on to play just behind the striker. Which will mean Niasse on his own again, unless it's a 4-4-2 and he wants Hernandez in, in which case you're right and Alf will drop out for Thudd.

Nice he acknowledges last weeks support at Stoke. Get your tickets for Southampton and we go again. NO SITTING!!!!

I don't think Elmo and Marko on the right is a good decision, they have strong weaknesses defending. And Marco knows it better.
I would be surprised to see him play Niasse and Hernandez up front having to play that right wing.
I think he will start with a 4.1.4.1 formation and expect to see a strong start with intense high pressure

I'm most alarmed by the fact Marco couldn't see that Maguire was in fact playing at CB with Markovic at RWB. For a professional manager to make a mistake like that it's incredible.
