Will they really introduce rewards this time?

Last season on the brochure they advertised:
- Loyalty points scheme
- Monthly Prize Draws
- Member only events
- Earn points on attendance to games
- Points back on retail and concourse purchases
- Extra benefits & rewards
- You can keep a watchful eye on how many points you’ve collected with your monthly email update, with a number of further benefits being made available to supporters at the start of the next campaign, based on the number of loyalty points you’ve accumulated.
- It was also mentioned that cup games could be loaded onto your card… never happened.

None of it happened. I did contact citizens advice about this and they forwarded it to trading standards as 'misselling is against the law'. Maybe we should all bring it to their attention that they missold our passes and request refunds...

Now this is a very good point.

City have been warned before by Trading Standards about mis-selling. That was based on the season ticket sales for last season where they made up a date and said you were getting your pass cheap by buying early, then extended it which you obviously can't do because it means you've lied to those that bought before the deadline.

What you've highlighted here is again a clear rule breach. People who bought them and feel aggrieved should definitely chase this up with Hull Trading Standards. It might take them a while to investigate and whatever but they will do it and it's hard to see how City won't be pulled up for it.

Good call
Do you have a link or a scanned document to share ? (For those of us that never keep anything like this)
A mass complaint combined with a direct complaint to the club can't do any harm (and might be amusing if not his else)

So they think. Last time they even denied that they'd been warned. Trading Standards told me that they'd warned them and yet Ehab's lackey at the time was claiming it wasn't true. I know who I believe.

All we need now is a standard letter to Trading Standards and we can begin the equivalent of a class action. New chant - "We'll sue when we want1"

Trading standards can take action, often criminal but also civil.
A class action is a private action taken by multiple people... the issue here is showing what you have lost to claim, or what you would have got to enforce something.

I can't see much happening beyond some warnings etc. If someone wanted to pay a lawyer to take action, they may advise what you got back wouldn't be worth the costs.

Unless you could afford it for ****s and giggles.

So it appears we can't fill a 25000 stadium and we were a supposed "sleeping giant" in the old days.
The Allams should be embarrassed most other pl clubs are extending and taking advantage of the pl brand and all that goes with it. Ehab wanted world recognition now he's making us smaller in East Yorkshire
The pl will kick us out for been a disgrace

It would be churlish of me to mention that the idiot cannot even spell 'occasions' correctly and has managed to mangle the punctuation in the sentence that follows that mistake to such a point as to render it devoid of any meaning, so I won't.

He really would struggle to run a bath, never-mind a football club.

We have received our letter and as we are in E4 our price is going up by 13% even if we go down, they know what they can do with that the cnuts. We will cancel once the season ends and just go to the odd home game and concentrate on away games where we can. :emoticon-0130-devil:headbang:
