Interesting theories in trying to squeeze two new strikers into the squad. It will only be one striker for me and we're keeping our options open as to who we can get for the right price.

Lancashire Telegraph have said that Saints have had a 4.5m offer rejected and that Burnley won't sell him for anything!! Thoughts??

That, to me, doesn't sound like a team in a place to reject every offer.
According to SSN Burnley are after Danny Ings, could this be a replacement for Jay Rod....the plot thickens..
And Saints have had a £4.5million bid rejected today reportedly. We could of upped our bid and Burnley said wait untill we find a replacement? It all fits!

I saw something the other day saying we want both would be Brilliant but the would require some serious Money in excess of £10mil
I don't think paying £1million for a 30year old really fits in with this Young and ambitious thing everyone is talking about, but for me I'm happy with whoever NA and NC want.
Agreed. But paying 1 million for an experienced defender who knows how to get out of this division is a small price to pay.
