    If we signed both it would mean Barney was off (to prison? ;)), and Connolly would be benched.

    Would be unreal though if we did. I don't believe it for a second though. It will be one or the other.

    If we did get both, I'd expect Jay to be a bit part player this year and then replace Connolly next year.

    Still think it's Connelly's year and if he's doing well the incoming striker has to join the queue.

    I'd feel very sorry for Lambert, Connolly and Barnard if we signed both. All 3 are great.

    If we have them both, it would probably be more like this as an attacking line up

    Exactly, Barnard and Connolly will not be in our PL plans unfortunately, so it would make sense to buy Rodriguez and Maynard, although I don't expect us too...

    doubt very much it would be both,

    would prefer to sign one and then re-evaluate where we are come January

    Think if we signed both it would rock the boat/bus a bit

    Sign them both now and not need to sign a striker if we get to the Prem within the next couple of years

    or

    Sign one, have more of a struggle getting to the Prem, and have to shell out a fair lot more if and when we do.
