Having class players helps attract better quality.

Although I doubt we will go for these types anyway, and probably spend big on up and coming players so owners can sell on for profit in a few years time:emoticon-0172-mooni:emoticon-0173-middl

I understand the sentiment but I want the team to have the best possible chance to be successful, even if that includes players who jilted us in the past.

As long as the price is right, the player is right, and the player legitimately wants to join now.

Does anyone really believe Suarez wanted the move to Arsenal?
I reckon that whole saga was to alert Barca and Real to the fact he wanted a move.
The owners were smart in giving him the rise with a bigger clause.
Got one more year out of him and a bigger fee and he got his dream move.

This is Wenger trying to deflect from the current ****storm he's in charge of!

Yes, Suarez said he wanted to go to Arsenal,but Liverpool said they are not going to sell to rival.

I agree. He wanted to go to real that summer. It didnt matter where. Imo he deliberately bit ivanovic that time to force a move cos we were out of top 4.

I'd take Sanchez over Hazard every time........why?............because Sanchez isn't a happy bunny at Arsenal but will still put a shift in
regardless. Hazard takes half a season off when it suits his agenda.

Hazard doesnt strike me as a guy who will improve more.

Sanchez just suits the prem in work rate. Wenger has knackered him and also just pissed him round.

Say that but giroud has more sprints covered more distance per 90 mins than him this year.

Nah, they have Sanchez (not Suarez but still a very good (top10) player) and are 6th.

They don't have the mentality/bottle or the defensive abilty without the ball to have won it.

Christ, I woudn't fancy em with Messi and Ronaldo in the team TBH.
