HDM say Henriksen is nearing full fitness, but is unlikely to feature in the Everton squad and we will have approved his call up.
One for the future, I don't think in the scheme of things that would go against him. I wouldn't expect him to get a game, but may well get called up to be with the squad.

A sleeve tattoo and an 'edgy' haircut would also help his case.
