I was wracking my brains trying to think who it was, felt sure I hadn't imagined it. He definitely scored against us while our player, can't remember the twats he was playing for but Stoke sounds plausible.
I know it is not usually allowed but it happens from time to time (or at least it did). If I remember correctly we were allowed to play Anthony Gerard against Cardiff (his parent club) and we allowed Seyi Olofinjana to play for them against us (his parent club) in the same match - and of course Olofinjana scored against us. Maybe the rule has now been changed?
It used to at the discretion of the parent club, but it was causing problems, so they made it a fixed rule that no loan player could play against their parent club.
its silly to say that Id love him to be at city? I didnt say anything about him wanting to come, or us being able to afford his wages
Everyone would love him to be at City, just as they would any top player, but Everton can't afford him, never mind us.
Play Bowen & Hernandez & let's go for bust as our goal difference is so crap anyway the element of surprise will be ours ...
We'll go with Hernandez on his own, but I'd be happy to see Bowen start with Hernandez, I think we should have used him more (he's better than Keane or Diomande).
Bowen looked great in the first leg against United and hasn't really had a look since. Or was it the second leg?
HDM had to blab my idea ... http://www.hulldailymail.co.uk/with...inst-everton/story-30205715-detail/story.html
With Curtis fit, I would like to see us go 352 with Bowen and Hernandez up top. Ranocchia would know that system quite well having been under Conte.
I'd like Marco to start with two up front, although the odds are against it, but we cannot sit back against an in-form Everton team. Rather than partnering Abel with the inexperienced Bowen however why not put the speedy and skilful Markovic up top. He has shown an ability to make the incisive short passes and certainly has the speed to get on the end of Abels through balls and would keep the defense honest. Also Elmo provides better defensive cover to Omar on the right, which is a weakness of Lazar, and can put in good crosses and is strong in the air. I'd like to see Jakupovic Omar Ranocchia Maguire Robertson Elmo Huddlestone Clucas Grosicki Markovic Hernandez Marshall Davies Tymon Ndiaye Hendriksen Diomande Bowen One question...is Huddlestone out with his 5th yellow last week. Tiger Player commentator said he is...but was he wrong??? If he is Ndiaye in.
