......We fix our f#cking defence, get some balance into the side and stop conceding. Titles are won by stopping the opposition scoring AND scoring yourself. One without the other is no good. Good examples of this are:

Leicester last year
Mourinho at Chelsea
City with Kompany
Old red nose down the road

Whatever the formation, stop leaving us hopelessly exposed by one pass.

Once we get the foundations down, then learn how to use the width of the pitch and buy a 20+ goal scorer.

Right now I'd settle for a 1-0 (to us, obviously <laugh>) every game....am tired of the naivety. And it really is naivety.

Herr Klopp, please take note.....

Defence needs substantial work.
Midfield needs 1 or 2 technical players.
Attack needs more pace and directness.

The whole team needs leaders. Players who take responsibility. It needs personality. Far too many choir boys.

A summer clear out then!

Tbh, I think Klopp has got quite a few things wrong. One of which is not buying players in January. Everyone on here knew we were short heading into the new year and now with hindsight, everyone was right.

When you say trouble, you mean worst than 6th? <whistle>
No I mean buy ourselves back into top 4. which will get us the extra exposure for better players and finances.

Don't know how serious our owners are as all I see is revenue to probably make us more preferable to selling for a profit.

Don't see them wanting us to be no 1 at any cost like city, Chelsea and utd have. All I see is revenue but where's it going?

We'll be sold in the next two years I reckon<ok>

Sadly I agree.

On the face of it good owners, but not sure how committed they are, americans owning an English company normally only means one thing. Profit.

Everything has to have a return on the investment made. Unlike at most other top sides with private owners. Utd have scale which makes the return bigger and better. We need a good multi billionaire tbh....

It's not that easy now with FFP, now you need good a marketing team who can get top price sponsorship for everything from kits to which toilet paper you use.
That said, you have made a **** lot of money over the last few years with improved sponsorship and more or less breaking even on transfers so there should be something in the kitty to kick start a stronger squad.

The way it is turning out, we will miss out on the CL. This will displease FSG and from the lack of income they will not authorise more spend on expensive players. It is like a vicious circle. Unless the owners take a gamble we could be stuck in 6th and 7th for a very long time.

Oh I dunno....we could have a rich Arab owner and get an amazing sponsorship deal with an airliner......or a dodgy billionaire who arranges huge transfers for average players from China <whistle>
