Defo not imo

Wright is a good manager but the Rangers job would be too big for him

I think Rangers are doing right thing getting a sporting director or director of football in

They won't get a strong manager like Rodgers , and as they are so dysfunctional, they need a buffer between manager and board

They also need a scouting system

All things Rodgers does himself , he handles the board and is recruiting a new head scout

He's also just told board the type of surface to get for the pitch

That's why Rangers need structure ...
