They will still vote to invoke article 50. They just need parliamentary approval. Only Farron appears to be against it.

That said... He's fundamentally right this time.
Ironic that he's now presenting himself as the face of anti-populism having led it's first UK incarnation and then ignored it's biggest movement pre-referendum (the Iraq war demos).
Even more ironic that IDS declares Blair is an example of the Establishment being out-of-touch.
My view is that it's a pity that so many people have taken such entrenched views on this. The Remoaners can't see the flaws in the EU, and the Brexiteers can't see the advantages of being in the single market.
It's always the way. Charlton being a good example.

The EU has said that there is no open access to the single market without all the membership obligations that goes with it .... which is fair enough... and I am sure that people who voted for Exit knew this.... what we need to get is an even handed trade deal with the EU but open access to the single market has never been an achievable goal and the majority of Exiteers knew this I would say.
If the remainers would have won, would there be talk of a second referendum on getting additional concessions from the EU? ..... I think we all know the answer to that one! Did the people of the UK have a vote on the 'Maastricht treaty' or the 'Lisbon treaty' ? did we fvck!!
