I suggested that someone with the appropriate authority and status have a look at the IP addresses for Saints and me and confirm that they are completely different, and have always been completely different. That task was undertaken and proven to be the case.

Point proven, case closed, Bambi.

The "Clan " are like a Band of Bothers ... and like I say , they have a long reach . HAIG ask for a bunch of bans and none happen , piskie asks for one and voila . Seems bans are good in " Moderation "

I just cannot see Rodders as doing anything other than selling strawberries down at the local market, trying to earn a decent crust and praying that it doesn't rain. Business isn't too good for Rodders when it rains.

Case re-opened ... enquiry concluded ... no case to answer ... no bans ... case closed .... amidst some frustration detected in the Basingstoke area :cool:

So I can demand IP addresses for anyone and thats alright ?. Nutshell , HAIG goes to vegas and posts on somebodies internet who's IP address is in California .
All I've ever seen is no matter what HAIG says , it's a lie in the " Clan's " directive book . HAIG takes a chopper ride , it's a lie . HAIG and family get in an accident , it's a lie . actually hope it's a lie BUT , if someone stood in front of me and accused me of lying about my family not going through an accident situation and I knew I did have an accident ... I'd be having more than fuking words

Have only ever had to request one ban Rufus ... and that down to getting a sizeable number of complaints from posters on my club board about the bloke in question, who certainly seemed to have lost the plot completely. So just doing my 'job' in that regard. Personally not in favour of bans provided the 'bantz' doesn't becaome so extreme that is loses all humour. <ok>

You could if you suspected that there might be a poster with multiple accounts - which is against the forum rules. You'd likely get a response from the Supermods that the IP checker tool on the forum hasn't worked since the site's owner switched the IT platform on which the sirte is based - so largely a waste of time and effort.

In addition, if someone actually has the inclination to register duplicate accounts using overseas servers or VPN variants then it is easy to do - so requesting an IP check as a means of it being 'absolute proof' of where someone posted from - as HIAG did - is a complete nonsense - proving nothing one way or another. HIAG was aware of all of this but demanded that the Supermods made the IP addresses public in any case - had very little to do with him proving that he had been on holiday in Las Vegas - but everything to do with him wanting to show that posting histories for him and Saints would throw up a different IP addresses - even though it couldn't possibly prove, one way .or another, whether or not HIAG was actually sitting in a room anywhere in the world using two different devices <rofl> ... complete farcical bollox which backfired spectacularly in the end <ok>
