The thing that amazes me is how deluded some people are when it comes to how EU laws are/were crippling our economy.
The EU Courts have made HMRC pay back taxes to all of the big companies - all of this money has gone to them instead of the places where its needed like the NHS and public services.

A few examples
The EU Court ruling ordered HMRC to pay British American Tobacco £620M
The EU Court rulimg ordered HMRC to pay Invensys £207M
The EU Court ruling ordered HMRC to pay ICI £67M
Total potential payouts could reach £43 billion - all thanks to EU Courts

We've graduated from the express to the daily mail

Au contraire, mon ami

This is just the start of the scrutiny. When you all realise what its adding up to, you'll thank me an Glory for keeping the option of a second referendum alive. You'll be begging for one.
There's a new word for you, 2020, it's 'alternative facts'. Every time you lose a vote, you get another chance at an excuse.

That should pay a small part of the $60bn exit payment.

That I do agree with - and all those on the list above should be too.

On the day common sense and rationality wins the day they will erect a monument to all the above celebrating their integrity in standing up to the right wing hate mobs and sticking by their beliefs rather than taking the temporary populist position.

Everyone a hero!

Graham Allen (Nottingham North) - His constituents voted to leave
Chris Bryant (Rhondda) - His constituents voted to leave
Mary Creagh (Wakefield) - Her constituents voted to leave
Paul Farrelly (Newcastle-under-Lyme) - His constituents voted to leave

etc etc etc - They sould be made to give up their seats and by-elections take place - they have let down the people that voted for them!!
