I think we should go the whole way and push for super hard brexit.

We could secure our independence and sovereignty by begging Trump to become the 53rd state, now that the US have a leader we can all respect and admire.

The vote today is irrelevent. Its all the other stuff thats getting promised to get everyone on board that will mean we have the second referendum. Ken Clarke will take over from May to see the whole thing stopped... Then he will retire.

Its like this, we are at the top of a 1000 ft cliff, thinking what to do........................

The vote was the decision to jump off.

We are now sauntering forwards confidently and about to jump, and telling each other "see, that decision hasn't hurt us at all, has it?".

Some of us can imagine how the landing will be when we jump off, others are going to have second thoughts when we are about 10 feet off the ground.

And you of course will only realise your mistake as your skull plows into your arse.

Hey ho, its only our future and our childrens', not important

The truth is slowly dawning on the more reluctant more brexiteers, and the clamour for a referendum on terms will happen.

    Au contraire, mon ami

This is just the start of the scrutiny. When you all realise what its adding up to, you'll thank me an Glory for keeping the option of a second referendum alive. You'll be begging for one.

If the ref didn't know the rules you would have been given a rematch..... what's your point LIE

My point is if the ref didn't know the rules the game (referendum) shouldn't have been given the go ahead by the relevant authorities

The fact that it was given the go ahead by all parties concerned is surely not the fault of the voters
