5 or 6 players short!!!

We now have a full 25 man squad which is full with seniors!!! Which 6 positions do we need to sign players for and which 6 players do we drop to accommodate them?

Really. You're just making this **** up as you go along. Common sense and logic indeed... <doh>
hes quite comical leave him be lol

Bollocks to this.

I'm going to stand up for Ehab, never thought I would say that.

It's an impossible negotiating position. You have a player that hasn't been training with the team for 12 days and he'll never play for us again.

So you either take the reasonable offer or ask for £15m and wait. If the offer doesn't come what then? What happens if it comes in so late we don't have time to bring in replacements. Either way, he'll never play for us again.

At least by selling him now we give Silva some money to find a replacement.

Im hoping any new players dont hinder tymon and bowen

Anybody else really impressed with bowen?
Showed alot of fight and desire were going to need, his offball movement is really good makes some, very clever runs

Totally agree. Whats more damaging to our efforts to stay up, keeping a key player against his will potentially disrupting the whole team? Or getting the best possible deal for the club and letting the player go and giving you time to sign a replacement.

We'll never know the whole truth but its obvious from Silva's comments that this transfer is all Snodgrass's doing and if anything, Snodgrass has shown a great disrespect to the club and us fans. By all means seek the best deal for you and your family even if that means at another club but dont lay down the law to the club, missing training and demanding a transfer. Im sure if he trained and played for us he still would have got his move before deadline day.

You just don't get it do you. The loan to Allamhouse should have been doubled and we should have had 10 players ready to join training on January 1st. And then some Chinese businessman would have come to buy us out for £180m and everyone would be happy.

Will Escab hand over any of the 17m made on livemore and Snot grass though

Can we all agree that the players who have left the Club have done so primarily as a result of the incompetence of the owners. To allow our players contracts to run down with no talk of extending their current contracts is a scandalous lack of foresight on their part. Yes both left , but have done so to secure much longer and no doubt more lucrative deals which they had not been offered here.

I'm probably in a minority, but I'm not going to boo him when he plays against us.

Why should anyone boo him or Jake for that matter .. the lad wanted a contract to with a certain value and length .. we didn't give him it .. he knew other clubs were circling and chose to push through the move .. loyalty doesn't exist in football any more (with the exception of Totti at Roma) he'd made his decision .. good luck to him .. we move on.

If we knew it as a fact, then certainly. But we're guessing these are the reasons. West Brom and West Ham are bigger clubs than ours and have a much more stable future in the premier league. Isnt it just as likely that these are the true reasons behind the players jumping ship?

More likely down to the length of the contracts offered and the increase in their wages.
