The Silva Factor seems to be gaining momentum. Just reading that Marcovic said MS was the reason he signed for City, that and the promise of game time and money of course also... BUT.... would we have got Omar E. Niasse, Evandro and with other exciting potential signings mentioned... under different stewardship i'd have to say a resounding..NO!!!!..
I wouldnt have thought that the trust from the Allams was there for SB and MP.
Im just glad that MS got a transfer window to work with.

my view is that, SB wasnt trusted with the transfer kitty, MP took charge cos MS was at Oympiacos.
as soon as he became available, we snapped him up and gave him a transfer window.
to be fair, AA probably wanted to see just how MP performed.
