Its alot of money for Naploi to turn down of we shift up a little. Here's hoping...

The more I read about him the more I think he would be a good signing for us in the long run. Picking up on the thread of positional play, I don't see how he answers our immediate need for someone to play centrally. At the moment, thats what lacking and he's been found wanting for Napoli in that role.

We have Redmond out right and he's firing more blanks than goals but I see no indication he'll be dropped. We're not one to build a team around him so I think MG will be competeing for his place which is only right.

On paper we will have a helluva attacking line up with Tadic, Boufal, Jrod, Redmond, Austin, Gabbiadini and Perrenial Pest. A settled Summer could see us shaping up very nicely. Still, that central role isn't overloaded.
 
We have raised our bid, Borussia Monchengladbach also interested(Di Marzio).
 
Watford allegedly interested now aswell, if true you'd think they are willing to pay what Napoli want otherwise they wouldn't bother getting involved at this stage.

Only Saints have bid and are in talks though, so it is up to us to get it done.
