He was excellent the season we had with us, player of the season, but just doesn't seem to have push on with his career.

Not sure a figure has actually been announced, but I'm pretty sure we haven't agreed to the deal Man United were offered last year - Olympiakos want a £2.5million loan fee for the right-back, which could become a £7.5m permanent move if he plays a set amount of games.
Is there a period of mourning for an ex-player's number? It's going to be murder when the locker deal comes out!
