What part upsets you so much?

The bit where I said that you're forever in the shadows or the bit where I said that Chelsea are the most in form side in the league? Because both are clearly true.

Mind you, truth hurts <rofl>

Chelsea are, imo, the best side in the Prem right now. They're beatable, as we proved. But they've been the most consistent, and they have game changers in their team.

We've not been in the shadows for our entire existence, as you claimed. As Sky said, football didn't start in 1992. When I was a little kid we were one of the top sides in Europe.

No, we've not won anything of note for several years now. But we're slowly getting there under, what I believe is one of the best, if not the best of managers around right now.

You haven't got a clue. You post the same **** all the time.
That must be why you post facts that are nothing of the sort and think you're fooling anyone.

Better not let Fosse hear you saying that you're in a relegation battle. He'll have you shot.
Actually, where is he...?

I'm looking on with wry amusement Polly ... one thing we are very happy about on our board is to disagree with each other.

Do I think we are in a relegation battle? No ..not currently but it won't make me complacent. There have been glimpses of what we are capable of but we are undoubtedly in transition. Looking objectively and having actually been at games we are very capable of a top 10 finish with our squad... we are also likely to have a significant part in who will eventually win the title with home games against Spurs, Liverpool and United to come ... Arsenal were lucky to get away from ours with a draw and City got hammered.

Looking forward to the rest of the season tbh...still in the UCL and still in the FA Cup ...lots to play for. :)

You are playing good football now, under a really good manager. If your last sentence read 'we've not won anything of note for several decades now' then I would have to agree with pretty much everything you have said.

Not for very long, though, Bambi.

It's been a cracking ride for you rabid foxes, but I'm sure that the final humiliation is going to be worth it.

We'll see.

Sky is correct that football didn't start in 1992 ...but the advent of the Premier League has undoubtedly made the league much tougher to win ...and, might I say, our achievement last season therefore all the more remarkable. Money has generally bought success in the era of the EPL and differentiates Blackburn's achievement from our own.

I agree with your summary of where you are and also about Chelsea. Their biggest advantage is their squad and the quality that they have out on loan. How you cope with Vertonghen's injury will likely define your season.

Football 'form' is usually the last 6 games, and Trotterham are looking good, but they've just lost their best defender. How they cope with that will go a long way to showing whether they can really challenge. I can see them laying the Arsenal ghost to rest this season, if they cope without Vertonghen
Think Toby is our best defender...not skagging of Vertongen but don't think he is as good p

We have plenty of sensible disagreements on the Spurs board too Fosse, plus some input from AK.
It would be a very dull forum if everyone agreed about everything.

I have to say that I think you're clearly in a relegation battle right now, though.
Having lots of other priority fixtures might even harm you on that front.
Can't see you going down, admittedly. The bottom three will probably stay that way.
