Ah, well if Forest didn't set them on then you must be right, they must be complete ****e.You mean a management team that forest took a look at. And passed.
It's not a big deal to poach a team from a minor league.

His cup's obviously running on fumes. The bookies linked Forest with Silva, but as far as I can see there was never actually any contact confirmed anywhere.
Wolves did approach him, but he turned them down.
I bet you this thread hits 10k before there is a genuine whiff of takeover in the air.
They are a pair of arseholes of the highest order, but they, well Assem anyway, aren't totally devoid of ideas on how to run a business, and any chairman would have looked at our situation and thought if I would like to protect my investment, it would be an idea to stay in this league and a manager who'd taken 13 from 20 games didn't suggest that would happen. Sadly, i'm a 7/8ths empty kind of guy and under these bastards can't see any daylight, they may have help in identifying them as targets, equally Silva's agent could have instigated contact, we don't know. I'd love you to be right I really would. You know me Spes, glass is always 7/8ths full. But genuinely, based on all that we know about them, does anyone seriously assume that the new management team was all the Allam's work?

I rarely post these days.
All gone quiet on that front. Deals where nearly done twice in a quick period of time due to the transfer window and now it's been months with not a sausage. So I think that silence speaks volumes.
Some of this guys associates and friends make me a bit nervous.

It is possible they're just Chinese people who like football.I don't know which Chinese group you know about but there's one interested Chinese party often at the stadium over the last few weeks.
