Liverpool will not attempt to sign Joe Hart this month or in the summer, according to reports. Sky Sports say the Reds, who have been linked with a move for Hart, have no plans to swoop for Torino's on-loan Manchester City goalkeeper. A bid for Hart this month would be illogical as he wouldn't be eligible to play until next season having already featured for two clubs - City and Torino - this campaign.
Daniel Sturridge injury could force Liverpool to act in January transfer window – but who could they sign? http://metro.co.uk/2017/01/02/danie...nsfer-window-but-who-could-they-sign-6357080/
"A bid for Hart this month would be illogical as he wouldn't be eligible to play until next season having already featured for two clubs - City and Torino - this campaign." Only took them three months to catch up
Hart talk is agent nonsense. Torino have already said they can't afford his wages, no other top club in Europe that could pay his wages need him, so if he wants to get paid, he knows he'll have to head back to EPL, most of the "top" teams have just as good if not better keepers, not saying any of our two are better but Klopp made it clear that Karius is his long term number 1 and as soon as an opportunity presents itself, he'll be back in! But, to be fair to Mings, since he's come back he's done well, only let in 3, 2 of which were Pens!
We have too many strikers but not enough really good ones. I'd welcome a striker this January, but don't expect one.
given the guy has an iron clad contract with torino we aint signing him in January. I could have told them that.
Camaeroon expect Matip to turn up to the training camp on Tuesday (today). Despite him not making an appearance for them in god knows how long, they're being pedantic and calling him up. Could face a ban from club games during comp if refuses... only reason not to is if he's injured. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/38499968 Given he's missed about 4 weeks with us, surely enough to suggest he's still injured so can't come?
He could just retire from international football. Can't see what Cameroon stand to gain from being stubborn. Matip isn't going to go running because they're being ****s. Why do they want someone there that doesn't want to be there?
Nah, we won't get him, but I think he would be a good short term improvement on Karius or Migs if we could. 0% chance of it happening in January though.
It's a non story. He will be back at City for next season when they realize what a major **** up they have done. Only 3 keepers in prem who I think are any good personally. De gea. Needs to move on as he is world class and only reason they have ended up in tabless where they have. Cortouis. Has his moments but is a good keeper. Spurs keeper. Another who needs to move to see out his ambitions. Rest of keepers in league are in my opinion no where near these 3. Hart is below these 3. but still better than the rest.
Probably not right now but I think he'd be with them had he avoided injuries. He was one of the best in the league last season, he was better than Courtois imo although he's step it back up this year He should be ahead of Hart for England imo
