That was absolutely brilliant (against 'Palarse just now) and blinking miles better than the illegal one that the Man U. player scored against us :emoticon-0100-smile

Aye it was. Onside as well. Sorry Mkitaryan but your goal is no longer anywhere near goal of the season

I'd probably give the better goal to Giroud to be honest, given he scored against much tougher opposition, however, being a United fan I enjoy watching Mkhitaryan's goal much more.

But Giroud plays for the better winning team too.

I'm sure you do but it's a well taken goal compared to an absolutely stunning goal so I'm not surprised even you agree that Giroud's was better.

You know something by a rival team is special when even a United fan has to admit it.

Nah mate I have to respect it even though it's Arsenal. I don't do sour grapes like the Tampon Crew on here. It was world class.

The better team that won perhaps, that's debateable.

The better winning team? Well I could interpret that how I want and laugh at you for the whole of 2017, but since I'm a nice person I'll let it slide.

It was a belter eh, I'm a sucker for a goal in off the bottom of the bar. Didn't know Giroud had it in him.

Will everybody settle for they were both flukes from players who took a chance and it came off?

No not really, if it was a fluke they wouldn't have known anything about it or it would have been a miskick.

Both players saw the ball coming to them, made the decision to kick it the way they did and pulled off an immensely difficult connection, maybe on some level Giroud knew exactly where he wanted the ball to go and maybe he didn't but if a player kicks the ball at goal in the manner they intended and it goes in then it's not a fluke.

Disregarding the offside, which takes nothing away from the tekkers and finish, the way Arsenal broke out with a back heel and 2 one touch knock one in the mix made it stunning.

It's not a fluke, Giroud watches the ball and deliberately aims to do that, if that's a fluke every 30 yard strike is as well.

    It was sensational.
