I certainly wouldn't argue that the board have made mistakes but there has been a fair amount of bad luck as well. I mean on paper appointing established PL managers like Hughes and Redknapp could/should have yielded better results. It's hard to blame them for then trying something completely different, admittedly Ramsay was too big a gamble and clear they were trying to wing it with a cheap option. JFH was another gamble but at least he was a young manager on the up, this could have been a good appointment but the QPR curse struck. Ollie was a bit of a desperate decision but they've tried young/old/experienced/in-experienced so it's hard to blame them too much and plenty of fans were happy with the choice. If you factor in Rowett supposedly being their first choice and not being keen it's hard to see what option there was that would have made everyone happy.

Too much over reaction on our players imo. They aren't good enough for promotion as is, no way, but there is enough in the Squad to stay in this Division, at least with a decent striker. Some, Lynch, Perch, Henry, Bidwell for example have done well in this Division before and shoud be able to now. Problem is the change of Manager. Think they played hard for Jimmy and would have done enough to survive. Ned, Caulker and Sandro have PL experience and they can do this. Then we have others who should shine in this Division.They look lost, confused, and as though they have lost all confidence during Olly's 7 games. The clear answer is sack Olly and bring in someone who can sort this, Jimmy, Rowell, Olly can't.

About the only thing I agree with there is TF and the Board aren't going anywhere. Right now, they need to accept bringing in Olly is a huge mistake, about as bad as the first one of firing Colin, and fire Olly so a new Manager can bring in the Striker we need at least in January, and get some time to keep us out of League 1.
