It couldn't happen could it?

Out of the blue Harry Redknapp called. Said we played well against Brighton. Never was sending off. Rare for ex manager to call. Decent.

Yes very decent of an ex-manager touting around for a job to give you a call. Totally out of the blue.

Maybe his knee's gotten all better.

Wonder what Big Joe and Bondy are up to these days?

We did play well for about 20 minutes after they went 1 up. Pity games last 90!

Totally agree Os. Not the point I was making though. I'm actually running out of invective re. Uncle Tony. I mean what would've given this supposedly clued-up, apparently savvy businessman, the vaguest idea that this should be his first utterance on the latest debacle as he clatters and bumbles around cyberspace in search of validation. How about tweeting what he or the current manager think? Or the ex-manager and DOF sat next to him for, you know, the entire match? He's a cretin and we deserve better.

That's assuming of course we're not witnessing some testing of the waters prior to 'arry's triumphant return gallantly limping in to save us, Big Joe and the lad Bondy in tow. Pwoper football people. I wouldn't be surprised. He's utterly clueless and totally out of his depth.
