The mistake was not getting rid of JFH, it was bringing in Holloway. Only a moron would think that was a good idea. He will be given time as he's been given a 2.5 year contract (by the same moron), which means league 1 next season. Until TF etc realise that they are the problem, because they cannot make the correct decision about anything, we will continue to implode.
I see Bob radley is gone from Swansea after just 11 games - so much for that experiment - not sure how many more games Holloway will get - will he walk or be sacked? These are desperate times for our club - does he deserve the opportunity of a transfer window in an attempt to re-jig the team with fresh blood, or should someone else be given that option? He talks about having half a season left but we have just lost six games in row with only a single goal scored - a pathetic performance. QPR boss Ian Holloway told BBC Radio 5 live: "The boys need some help. We need to get some recruits in January, and someone who can score goals. "When you lose six in a row, it does [feel like you're in a relegation battle]. But this is the Championship and we've got half a season left. "I will keep going because I know what I am doing. Hopefully I will be given trust to build a club, build a team and build a spirit." http://www.bbc.com/sport/football/38375132 Swansea City sack manager Bradley American Bob Bradley lasts just 85 days as Swansea manager, winning two and losing seven of his 11 Premier League games, before being dismissed. http://www.bbc.com/sport/football/38442329
I think we are stuck with Ollie for the foreseeable, he'll be given twenty quid to spend next month in an attempt to get us out of the increasingly smelly stuff.
Using the same squad of players, in his last 7 games JFH picked up 9 pts (2 wins, 3 draws, 2 losses), compared to Holloway's 3 pts (1 win, 6 losses). So much for that new manager bounce, more like the Jude the Dead Cat bounce.
"I know what I'm doing"!!!!!! I take issue with this part of Ollie's quote. He's having a complete nightmare.
How long will they hold their nerve before the next ill-timed sacking and half-baked appointment? Add to this circus the financial constraints and the purchase of Poundland signings no-one has ever heard of who don't speak English, are f*cking useless and play maybe 1 in 3 games and it doesn't take Einstein to deduce the relegation trapdoor is getting closer each week...
We've not played badly in the last 3 games, we just don't have anyone anywhere near being a natural goalscorer, that's not Ollie's fault. We are being punished for every mistake at the moment as well. I do wonder who we could get to join us in our current predicament though and is Ollie a big enough draw? Unfairly he is looked on as a bit of a joke by some so will that affect players willingness to join us?
I would be more concerned about our current form and league position affecting the willingness of players to join us.
