Based on legal and technical definitions of each term.
I did not see what Calatron wrote but if it was offensive then it deserved to be deleted no?
You removed my posts for no good reason apart from them being "off topic".
There is a difference and it's not my fault if you are too stupid to see that.

Can you post a link to these legal and technical definitions?

Fenian.

Hun;

and there is no legal definition....because it isn't racist or sectarian and thus has not been tested.
Lest we forget, that Webs specialises in being offended and "fighting against bigotry and racism" ONLY when it concerns, Rangers fans or the Unionist community in Northern Ireland.
He only recognises laws that he agrees with.
He only quotes organisations when it suits his bigotry.
If 50,000 Rangers fans sing that Neil Lennon is a "Sad Fenian Bastard" then that is sectarian.
yet
If 60,000 Celtic fans sing that Walter Smith is a "Sad Orange Bastard" then that is not sectarian.
Rangers fans are racist according to Webs, and Celtic DO NOT have a problem with racists, yet in the past 2 months or so, a Celtic fan has admitted posting racist remarks on Facebook after being charged, and that a Celtic fan has been convicted of making racist remarks to likeable Senaglese frontman El Hadji Diouf.
If Rebel was genuine in his campaign to eliminate racism and sectarianism, he'd need to take his head out of his tribal-esque Republicanism Celtic mindedness state of mind.
Unfortunately, for NI at least, whilst guys like Rebel exist on both sides of the community, they'll never gain a true peace.
Perhaps that is Rebels real goal though?

Medicine eh? You'll need to look up where the backbone is considering you lack one. You shouldn't have a problem with the female reproductive system, considering you are a great big pussy.

So am I a "hun"?
What is a "hun" anyway and does the football team I support determine whether I am one or not?
If Commando comics taught me anything it's that "the hun" were the Germans. They also taught me "schnell" means fast and "verboten" means forbidden but that's a bit off topic.
Anyway, some clarification please?
I'm struggling to see how your use of the word 'Hun' matches any of the definitions in your link. You clearly mean something else by it. Would you care to explain what it is?
No.
That term is used as a racist term. Hun is not.
Technically, its use is already against the law as it is an offensive term.
It is designed to offend.....so I use it. It is not designed to be sectarian.
No problem, a Rangers fan.
So as you can see, the term fenian is both technically and legally racist......Hun.....is NOT
