Sky is a longer name than BT, hence not as good.

    Crumpet topping of choice?

This thread is so the best.

    Crumpet Poetry

    Cheese.
    Every time.
    Cheddar.
    Nowt else.
    Ever.

Crumpets, you'll find, are always round,
    Never, ever oblong or square.
Neither cut into a novelty shape,
Nor Finger fun. Don't go there.

I'm bored. I should be wrapping presents.

There once was an Ernie and Crumpet,
    Together they often did Trumpet,
Smothered in butter, or sprinkled with cheddar,
The other breakfasts could lump it.

On my second bottle of Asahi beer.

First one chased with a 10 year old Aberfeldy single malt.

The second with a 12 year old Dalmore.

    I doubt I'll see 8 o clock.

    Merry Christmas one and all.

I sent xmas cards to lots of neighbours saying I'd be in the local at 6 if anyone fancied a drink. Some of them aren't coming until about 9, could be a long night.

Just had an amaretto with my Christmas cake.

Got a few bottles of starop to open after my tea. Then I've got another gin to try after that.

Curmudgeonly ... hell yes, its a practised delivery.

Crumpets very well done, rock hard, red hot, just lashings of best butter, let it soak in and devour.

Bit late going to the pub. Had a bottle of 'Special Reserve' King Goblin (6.6%) to help me catch up.

Cheese can GTF away from crumpets. :emoticon-0105-wink:

Edut: Missus just told me Mum and Dad always had cheese on crumpets - jeez ...

Try the Jack Daniels 'Holiday' whiskey.

£6.50 a pop but worth it.

    Christ on a bike.

Just had to go out in my full waterproofs and Wellington boots to salvage her indoors decorative outdoor Christmas tree as it broke free from it's moorings. Nearly hit next doors new motor.

**** off Barbara, I've got the fire on and am making steady progress in despatching my bottle of Dalmore. Last thing I need is another bastard excursion into the wild to save her wicker reindeers.

If they break loose they're free to go where the frig they like.

    Carmine is staying put.
