Some performance that from DEATH DUTY. Going to take something special to beat him in Cheltenham wherever he goes. I'd be thinking Neptune now, showed there he's not desperately in need of 3miles.

Disappointing from INVITATION ONLY, Ruby never seemed overly happy even half way down the back. Will be interesting to hear what's said in the coming days.

No just with the owner who has a few horses with Willie but got nothing today. I get the odd bit word now and then with Mullins yard mainly before chelts/punchy. I was getting good info from Elliot yard but that seems to have dried up lately-mate of a mate kind of thing.

That Blow By Blow form I mentioned earlier in the year! Can't wait to see him back. That was certainly an eye catching performance by Death Duty. Won easily.

Poor Labaik! Refused once again and a 60 day ban now. Talented horse in his own right but so frustrating.

That's Invitation Only's bubble burst. I think it's fair to say he is only a hype horse. Beating Barra by a couple of lenghts an not going a yard today isn't good enough to be winning grade ones.
 
Clarcam back over the smaller obstacles here next. Inspired piece of training or desperate attempt to revitalise him.

I'd be all over Hurricane Darwin if Denis O'Regan wasn't riding.

And letting him actually run at the trip Willie wanted him to is helping! Yeah I like him Oddy but I think he's Lexus bound. You think any chance Mr Tizzard will let THISTLECRACK take a crack at it? I believe he said it was 50/50 only recently, but if he was mine I'd be taking the cakewalk in the novice race.

He needs a test if he is to run in the Gold Cup though. Interesting to see what they do now.

That race at Cheltenham on trials day I'd say, or he won't be in the Gold Cup for my money. Especially with Cue Card going to win the King George by at least 2 fences at this rate. Will be interesting see how it pans out.
