At least, atl least we have played good these last 3 games
It gives some belief

If we had just played typically **** then it would truly be over

of course it ****ing does, if you spin and put your body weight one side and someone suddenly pulls your trailing leg the other way when you aren;t expecting it you fall on your arse, pretty much every time, it's one of the basics of martial arts.

Fact is if you had that penalty awarded against you, you would be well and truly pissed off. Apart from that as you said it shouldn't have mattered we should have been well clear by then. Cheers

Like I said in another thread. We need someone to work with the current players on composure in front of goal. We had enough chances to win 3 to 4 games in that one match.

Nothing new is it. We've been saying this for years. We always seem to have strikers who can run all day but can't finish, and strikers who can finish but never get the changes because they don't work hard enough or aren't physical enough. You'll never get anywhere without half decent strikers. Other clubs have 3 or 4 with options on the bench and even in the stands. We always try to rely on one or two aren't even that good.

he had hold of his shorts, I didn't think it was a penalty until I'd seen the replay for the third time, and as I said in the original post, I thought we were lucky the ref saw it. If you're grabbing hold peoples strips in your own penalty box you're asking for trouble.

try viewing it without the rose tinted specs !

Always has been the same.

I`d take Campbell, but alas given his history with the club I very much doubt he would come here, trouble is he only scores against us, so defeats the object !

billic talking about us

“I told every one of their players and Mike (Phelan) that since they changed their system a couple of games ago they look really good.

"They are not afraid of playing, they play good football and I really mean if they continue to play like this then the results have to come."

"Am I pleased with our performance? No I'm not. Am I pleased with our reaction? I am but we have to play for 90 minutes."
