So WJ, if I'm not mistaken, what you are saying is, if someone has played in goal (to whatever standard), been coached (by coaches of god knows what standard) and rates themselves (with no back up from anyone), they can give an opinion on our goalkeeper because they would have more "knowledge" than any other poster but would basically look a bit of a tit then pontificating about a player in a different position because they couldn't have the same, "expert" knowledge?
Or they're a tit that shouldn't comment on any other position because they've specialised and clearly have less knowledge of any other?
Thats not my understanding on what wj said. I think he said you dont need to have been a player in any position to have an opinion on a player (agreed). Could be summarised as this: Paul Hopkins was 100% correct.
