On a serious note depression is a terrible illness and still not taken serious enough by our GP'S. Popping pills is not the answer.
The above was serious,as for depression most blokes dont think they have it and if they did would not go to find help, blokes dont go to shrinks.
It's certainly something that needs addressing. I would assume we all know people that have either suffer Ed from depression, are currently suffering or are even suffering themselves. People need to talk about it
When I suffered from my sleep problem my Doc told me to go on this panic course. Suppose it helped me to control the panic attacks I was having. Est, you may be right. I was the only bloke on the course.
Sure cure for depression. BECOME A WALL SUPPORTER AND LEAVE LEEDS TO THE FOREIGNERS. I've seen pictures of Leeds My God, THAT is depression.
Thought you were from bermondsey brisbane ? Still looks like a blitz bomb site till this day, even the rats walk around in 2s for safety.
As some of you know I've had the big C so rather than post loads of depressing crap if anyone wants or needs any advice PM me, more than willing to help. 18-months in Cancer 0 - 2 Doc
I'm stuck on a cpap machine at the moment. Too many bops to the nose. Just starting to get used to it
The wife's got one. Make sure you're really fastidious with the cleaning regime, or you can have problems. She's got an almost permanent cold because of it - and she's good with the cleaning regime. My mate in Australia has one too. The wife was most impressed that his had a water reservoir, as her throat dried up with it overnight. A quick wee call to the NHS & she got one of the moist air jobs (they might even be standard issue these days). Night & day, apparently. Much less irritation. It's also worth persisting with it, just in case you're in any doubt. Despite the annoyance of it, she gets a great sleep now - and more importantly, so do I!!
Actually, I'm from Somerset. Lived in Bermondsey for many years but hear me speak and you'd know the difference. When I was in Bermondsey you are right, it was a bomb site. There were three or four bombed out buildings down our road (Verney Road) but the victims were all shell shocked and moved to Leeds. Looks like they've bred. PS The rats refused to leave. They felt they were better off in the south.
