I enjoyed the good old days of 606 and our anti-wumming recipes but this fool would not deserve a good egg recipe even
Generally a very good article - but why, oh why, the emphasis on that part of the ground which obviously needs rebuilding - there are 3 other sides that are more than respectable compared to some grounds. "....just a few minutes earlier he'd had to decide whether we would sit down for this interview at crumbling old Vicarage Road in the Luther Blissett suite or in a room named after John Barnes...." and "...As we walk out onto the pitch at Vicarage Road, on an autumnal evening, it's easy to retain a sense of humility in Watford. One side of the stadium is dilapidated and in urgent need of rebuilding while, down the dingy tunnel leading from the dressing room, a 'Mind Your Head' sign has been tacked up in warning..." Some would say crumbling and dilapidated could well refer to the Grauniad.
