He's definitely finding his feet in the Premier League.

Really good to see that (so far) we have a large part of the team who have shown they have the quality needed for this league.

For me so far this includes:

McGregor, Davies, Figueroa, Chester, Huddlestone, Livermore, Brady, Aluko

Rosenior, Quinn, Boyd, Graham, Meyler, Elmo, Sagbo just need some more time to step into the above list (IMO).

This is the best City team I've ever seen.

Interesting article. One of the reasons apparently that SAF was willing to let Brady go at a knockdown price of 2.2 mill. while paying 15 mill. for the one-trick Zaha was that he viewed his position as Striker, as Bruce admitted at the end of last season, and saw him competing against Van Persie, Rooney, Hernandez, Welbeck etc.

Personally I'd agree with Sir Alec that Brady could be a very effective goal-scoring Striker for us but he's also a top class LW as the article points out.

As for the best City team ever I'd agree. We have internationals or international class players at almost every position, with most of them having their best years ahead of them. If Bruce stays the team can only get better.
 
And owned by the best owner we've ever had too.

I said only yesterday to a mate that this is the best team I've seen play for us, and by that I mean the entire squad. There's no big I am's, they all seem to gel and play well as a unit, we're playing entertaining to watch football, passing the ball well, Christ we even banged in 3 at the weekend, and I don't think our strikers are firing on all cylinders yet.

A bit dramatic on both sides, yes Brady has got off to a good start, but give him more than one season & then bring out the stats. Also if Utd hadn't been so poor defensively then all this **** wouldn't now be in any press, as someone said on MOTD2, when Fergie came in, he lost his first Manc derby 5-1!
Someone in the comments at the bottom mentioned young good players that have left in recent years, including Pogba (ok) & Ravel Morrison <rofl> . Why because he scored at the weekend. <doh>
 
If things dont improve over the next few months for MU and Moyes then you may just see a clear out in January for new in-commings.

After sunday the pressure will only increase for them all. David Moyes has not replaced Paul Scholes or even tried to imo.

Issue with that is, Sir Alex Ferguson should have replaced him years ago. He knew Giggs and Scholes only had a couple of years left in them but he never replaced them. Moyes has probably drawn the short straw there.

I do think United need at least a couple of players, mind you Moyes needs to play Hernandez more, he's a great talent.

- Consistent top 10 finishes.
- A Europe trip.
- A few league cups.



It's certainly possible and Brady is really impressing me. He's stepped up no end. In our match against you at the KC he was dire and Knockaert ran rings around him, look at them now.

Knockaert is heading back to his best, but in terms of current form (and probably ability) right now, Brady is miles ahead.

I questioned the signing of him for 2m+ but that's mere change now, you'd be looking at tripling/quadrupling that now.

You wasn't the only one. I questioned the amount we paid for him, considering we could have got him for much less last year, but he really is proving that £2m is a steal.

I honestly can't even remember Knockaert playing at the KC...
