A little surprised to see Stiepermann start, but I guess he's still building fitness and getting match sharp. Pretty strong side.
How sure if people have seen but our youth tonked Arsenal's U18s: https://www.canaries.co.uk/News/2021/march/under-18s-put-four-past-arsenal-in-massive-victory/
Soto playing, if selected, for US U23's against Costa Rica, Dominican Republic and Mexico in Olympic qualifying, first match in a few hours. Three group, semi and final from 18th - 30th of March. Brutal schedule.
22 years old and having had loans to Tampa Bay Rowdies and FC United, it didn't seem like he was going to make it here. Pleased that he's got a contract though, the Harriers are currently in the play-off spots in National League North. Hopefully he can help their promotion push and kick on in his own career.
Soto just came on - 70th minute. If anyone's interested. http://www.usagoals.video/c/footbal...ation/18-03-2021/usa-u23-vs-costa-rica-u23/1/
I quite like getting the U23 team news on a Friday before Farke's press conference, nice indication that, if nothing else, we haven't had a CB injury crisis in the week.
Sebastian Soto played the second half for the USA as they scored 4 goals to beat the Dominican Republic: https://www.canaries.co.uk/News/2021/march/soto-plays-45-minutes-for-usa-under-23s-in-4-0-win/
For some reason this thread has died. City U18 beat Southampton 5 - 0 earlier today. This comes after beating Brighton 3 - 1 away in our last match.
