For Russ to be here and adding value in every session, helping the boys around him on the pitch and in front of him, plus his help off the pitch. “The attitude, the way he looks after himself."

As long as he doesn't play at CB in the first team he can stay at the club as far as I'm concerned.
If he's an asset to the young un's then retain him.

 

Been super impressed with him on Instagram as well, seems to be really genuine in talking the kids up and enjoying helping them. Whether that's worth £10k a week, I'm less sure, but I'd rather be paying him than Naismith, Jarvis....

 

IMO, it probably is and NO comment on the other 2 names you mentioned.

 

At least he appears to be an asset to the club. Unlike a couple of others who are a drain.

I was quite impressed by him when he played for the Under 23s.

 

You're very easily impressed. Are there any players coming through our youth system that you think won't make it or don't impress you ?

 

That's a bit harsh at least he bothers going to watch them so he can make his mind up

This one has impressed at a Premier League club so he can't be too shoddy

Bit strange that he wasn’t playing for Hitchin and had to get a loan move but he is deemed good enough for our u23s
