Lorca is doing a good job so far, no need to replace him. I was initially sceptical of his appointment but I was happy to give him a chance and so far he is clearly working quite hard to control the WUMs. However he needs a hand.
Lorca attracts hard core wums who will not quit whilst he is involved This is bad blood from those who feel he was responsible for wrecking 606, as we have seen already these wums know all the tricks having had to put up with Lorca. It's not easy to stop ruthless and determined Wums from destroying a fledgling site I would suggest a new start with mods previously proven on 606 for reasonableness, F1mclaren, allsaintchris and Ashbee would be a good balance
