Early last year my weight ballooned to nearly 18 st due a pretty serious medical problem. I decided to do something about it, bought a road bike and some lycra, and have since lost 1 and half stone. I'm hoping to lose more this year.
Massive problems all my life Teenage years till 25 fat with beer belly 14.7 stone 25 til 40 fit trained and played football 11.7 stone 40 to 55 gradual weight gain up to 17.7 stone 55 to 64 weight up and down through diet now back to 17.7 stone I'm only 5 ft 9 I try to watch my weight but it's difficult.
Piled the weight on the last 6 months since not being able to go to the gym regularly. Just been too sociable down the village pub.
I'm just 11 inches short for my weight. My weight just goes up n up cos i eat n drink what I want when I want.
fluctuate between 17 and 19 stone. Fat and natural muscle. I've got a big frame, big feet, big hands, broard shoulders, big frame. I'm a naturally big lad. **** know what would happen if I started lifting weights. I'd just turn into a massive musclebound meat head.
I was skinny all my life leading up to my thirties but after that I found I'd put on weight quite easily. I'm six foot and I've always lifted weights but it was only after thirty that I really filled out and with drinking more then my share of beers I got up to about 16.5 stone. At which point I thought **** this, my face looks different and the whole front of my body jiggles when I go down stairs, so I cut right down on fatty food and beer and got down to just over 14 stone which I think is about right for me.
I was just about to tell you to shut the **** up and step outside, but I've changed my mind Hope you're enjoying life 'down under' mate. Keep moving or you'll fall off the planet down there...
I hover between 94kg and 100kg, oddly enough i put weight on when i'm overseas cos i can control it netter at home, mainly cos i don't drink as much at home and the food choices are better. I've made a conscious effort to reduce it to 90kg which i'm comfortable at.
Ive bulked up abit to much at the gym over these last few months. Not enough cardio. Im in the process of trying to make myself look leaner. Im currently 13 stone which is quite alot for a short arse (im 5foot7). Luckily i dont have much body fat though. I want to get to 12 stone by June for my lads weekend away to Shagaluf.
