Love up that way...went with a girl who lived in Caernarfon for a year when I was climbing...well her family lived out more towards the Snowdonia area..her dad was mountain rescue that way.. lovely people...

I went in winter a few years back and went out into the countryside in this truck with monster tires with chains on it

Hell yeah, the scenery is amazing and it can be quite crazy if it's mad snow, obviously take a good pair of boots with you and a warm jacket, you'll need those in general
