Supcon, are you for real ? Or did you not study comprehension ? Or pissed ? I was referring specifically to Taylor's best position - certainly not advocating our 'way forward'.

Oh dear, here we go!! please log in to view this image please log in to view this image please log in to view this image Well I think we havent gone forward, that's for sure ...but in the same vein don't think we have gone BACKWARD more on the fence, not exactly stagnant but more in keeping with "most of the ingreidients are there " .........… to go either way!
Our first defeat in the championship to possibly the favorites to go up...... and by that, you are saying we have gone backwards. Think we need to give it a bit more than one defeat. And anyway, backwards from what?!! Wasn't as if we were that forward in the first place!!
I won't lie, I'm semi-worried, not so much for the performances this season but more due to the fact that our form since December has been absolutely dire. The weird thing is that we're playing quite nice football and dominating possession, but creating next to nothing. It's almost Man City-esque, just without the good bit, which is probably the most difficult to coach properly. It feels like we're still some way away from 'nailing it', but if/when we do, we will be immense, which sounds so bizarre I'm actually questioning myself whilst I write this . Not sure if anyone else feels the same way?
You see this and think how the f**k did we lose. No need for quite all the doom and gloom from some on here. We all know we need a win soon, I'd be really worried if the stats were reversed and we lost!
It’s called putting the ball in the net, something we cannot do too win games. Plus the defence is conceding too easily.
True RR, but we beat the keeper and hit the woodwork twice, so we're not far away. I agree the defence is dodgy at the moment, but it's new and patched up, the Boro goals were an individual error and their second was a clear foul - wasn't our day
One win in every 7 games over the past 28 matches is a stark reminder as to our current form which is a bottom 3 place guaranteed after 46 games the way it's going.
Could have and should have mixed with positive statistics does not a win create. A loss is still a loss even if you think you are the better team it is still is a loss. Please pass that on to the management of BCFC just in case they don't know.
Why not start your form guide August last year? Is it because it’s a better picture? I can understand that if you want to use the last half of the season, but you need to remember a few things. We have shipped out two and ones injured from the back line, who played in the last part of last season. Not by LJ or the clubs choice for Bryan and Flint, it was their choice to want to leave. But none the less players who have shipped goals for fun have now left the club. This season we’re playing with fire by not replacing some of the injuries that we must of known about. So I can understand knocking the club over that. But the true facts this season is we’ve only lost once out of three. Two of the teams played I would expect to be in the top six, top two probably for one of them. Bolton are unbeaten this year beating WBA to that as well. We’re the only team so far to stop them winning in the league. One quick question, are you actually watching us this season? Not saying you’re less of a fan just curious. We’ve seen the beginning of last season what LJ wants us to play like and to be honest we looked good. As I said before, LJ is a good manager when it’s going well, but he tries to tinker to much when it doesn’t. He will learn and probably be successful but I suspect it will be with another club.
We're pretty early into the new season, but I do agree to some extent. If this point average continues over the next 8 games or so, I'll be seriously worried.
So with that logic when it's going badly he's a poor manager, ie 4 wins in 28. As for the last bit about success with another club : LJ will never get anywhere near the backing he has received from Lansdown. Unbelievable to think otherwise. He's had it when he leaves here.
Still hard to say,but it doesn't look great right now, to Redprintt's point, 24 of those games were last season with 'the family silver' still at the club, so we're not perceviably any worse off on the field this season than last (apparently last season only went from Jan - May, so therefore 24 games...) but certainly finanically better off thanks to LJ's savvy player selling skils..... Time will tell, it was always a tough start and this is a tough league if you're caught on the back foot from the get go, so we have to get some forward momentem and quickly!
I don't think LEE has any say in the matter when players like that go … maybe he hints at the ones he cant see will be of a great benefit ...mags engvall etc ..!
What I meant is when they are playing the way he wants it played, then it’s good. Even though you’re conveniently forgetting there was half a season before you started counting games, prove’s what he wanted. When we had the injuries and fatigue kicked in he started playing square pegs in round holes and that is his downfall. Shame you didn’t go to actually see what that was like as even RR was happy prior January. Before you harp on about shoehorning Diedhiou in, he was in the team when we was good. As to getting transfer funds at another club, neither me or you can’t see into the future so none of us know if that’s true or not. As I said shame you didn’t see anything, sitting in your bedroom don’t quite get the same overal picture.
