Beating QPR last season. They're such a huge Club it was a fantastic achievement for a small Club like us.

I hope our beloved Norwich can be like them some day.

1) Holty s hat trick after downing a binner in the first minute
2) Dani Pacheco hitting the fifth at Portaloo By road
3) Lee Crofts scoring at Carrow Road against the scum from 30 yards, got to be the biggest laugh yet allowing that

oh and then Leroy Lita running 50 yards to get the refs attention to get a binner sent of with a spec of blood on his shirt to leave Matty (pass me a pint) Pattison unmarked to score, we laughed for hours at that one

I went to the cinema last evening to see the new Spiderman. I'm a member of the cinema so get cheaper prices but the most astounding thing was that my grandson's pint of Pepsi was more expensive than my pint of Guinness. I could get pissed cheaper than he could get bloated!

 

The playoff final should have been a highlight of course but the loss didn't help. But what definitely prevents it from being in any position of importance was fcuckin Atomic Kitten miming at half time! Why did we get that ****.
I remember my son saying when he was out in the 2nd Iraq conflict that the Yanks R&R concert was Nelly Furtado. The Brits got Rik Waller. I fcukin ask you! Are Norwich supporters suffering for earlier sins.

 

I don't think JWM understands the point of this thread. It isn't about achievements. It's about great memories of being a supporter.

For example, I could have chosen the Portsmouth goal that confirmed our promotion back to the Premier League, but I chose the last minute winner against Derby as I remember that better and it was a great moment for a supporter. With the hattrick against Southampton that is a very, small thing as I could have chosen Holt's hat trick against Ipswich but as a supporter I have great memories of the Southampton game as the 'keeper was great. With finding out we thrashed Ipswich 5-1 on my phone that was in a way a bigger moment for me than the 4-1 win earlier in the season.

 

Need to factor in the adolescent mind bit Gandy, minds of a younger age find it hard to differentiate between two similar things To be honest I was somewhat shocked he actually chose to announce his likely age-group (circa 50 years), you wouldn't believe the way he was acting

to be fair to warky, i did ask him! i found it interesting even though i could only relate to a few of them

also, i think he understood the thread as he chose their play off triumph against bolton high up. i remember this match well, mainly cos the ref handed them the game on a plate but as an occasion it must have been wild, yet surely wouldn't get close to winning silverware, or so you'd think. this suggests to me warky 'got it'
