No mate, yours gets to the final hurdle and just as you have the trophy in your sights, your midfielder sllps and the rest is history.

Surprised you went with Beckham in there mate. I reckon Henry scored less than 10 goals in his career with his head!

Respect for that though mate, I love Becks.

To be honest fella, there was no thought went into tactics really apart from Cantona or Bergkemp. Just put in who I think is the best. Keeps changing all the time though, it always does.

There's one or two positions I could change at a push, I'd say Cantona, Scholes and Ashley Cole are absolutely unchangeable, I'd never change any of them, 3 of the best players I've ever seen full stop.

Denis Irwin would start ahead of Cole for me (just) - massively under-rated player

He is massively, massively under rated (not by you and I) but Ashley Cole is hands down the best LB I have ever seen.

Was a tough one but I think he is the better all round (except goals to games ratio) keeper

See I think Irwin was better defensively and Cole was better going forward - both were immense at both things but the defensive side of things just sways it for me!! I was a right back at county level as a kid though!!

Let's be honest - you could probably put me in goal behind any of the back 4's posted above and I'd do OK!!
