During in match play (normal and extra time), I have a 100% record at penalties too. I've only ever missed one during a match but it was in a penalty shootout
Best / proudest = representing England at karate in the Euro Championships. Most embarrassing = sending a side-footed back pass beyond our keeper and inside the far post from full on 30 yards out.

No, played in net at five-a-side in my younger days (was quality too if I don't say so myself ) but I was talking about playing outfield I was always pretty good as a keeper in the penalty situations too, very rarely went to wrong way as I am very good at reading players / the game. Problem was, in five-a-side they are only about three or four yards away when they strike the ball so anyone with a bit of power and accuracy is impossibly to save
Its all in the takers eyes but you have to be concentrating as soon as the penalty is given. Its no good looking when they've already placed the ball. A taker eyes his spot before he puts the ball down I'm pretty good at poker too. I'm quite the calm person, hence the good penalty taking record
I'm a left back but tend to chip in with 3 or 4 goals a season but last year finished with 7 including 2 headers from corners, 2 consecutive weeks (before that I'd scored 1 header in my 18 year footballing career). That was a great highlight, however was soon demoted to staying back from corners in case I started putting everyone else to shame One of worst was when I took a penalty and scuffed it and it only just reached the keeper. We were 8-0 up at the time and it happened when I was about 12 but still get reminded about it to this day
Nothing major, I play alot of live games, tournaments of 60-140 players. Won quite a few of them and cash regularly. Ive had some tasty wins online. (2000ish players)
I love Poker, but I suck at it. So playing online would cost me a fortune lol. Would be cool if we could find a free poker site where we could set up a not 606 game though... Would be good for a laugh
Id certainly be up for a game. SJD - Poker online (paid sites) is never the place to learn as people just donk their money in as they can start another tournament almost immediately. Get down to a casino and play some live tournaments, you usually get free (soft) drinks and parking and ou learn loads off of other players. My wife is a poker widow to the casinos on the weekend. Only didnt got tonight because I have a 5K run at 9am..lol
If we can set up a not606 Liverpool game that would be great, I wouldn't last long like But it would be fun all the same
You can setup secure tables but I have no idea how. Everyone would need an ID too and most use their FB account to access it, not sure everyone would be keen
