Adnams Ghost Ship all day long.

I am also partial to a drop of Cider, again locally produced Aspalls, only thing I will drink at PR these days.

I did discover recently the Calvors Dark Lager, supprisingly nice, have posted a link to the web site below.

Also quite like my ciders. Forgot to throw Jupiler into the mix, nice pint!

That said days of " enjoying " Strongbow/Blackthorn and Thatchers appear done.

Anyone else partial to a cocktail? Love a creamy white Russian!

Sangria is also lovely stuff, along with Baileys, Malibu and Martini. Mmmmmmm could really go for a drink about now!

Anyone else partial to a cocktail?

There's a bar near my office (which we frequent quite regularly) that sells a 'Toblerone martini' which just tastes like melted chocolate... and their 'carribean crush' tastes like Um Bongo

Very easy to get off your face without even realising it <ok>

Broadside and Gunhill top my Adnams list. Their spirits are lovely too. Partial to Leffe Brun/Blond/Nectar but the Red is filthy. Innes & Gunn Rum Finish is very good. NO mention of Old Speckled Hen as yet. Locally in Norwich we have Flintknappers Mild (Chalk Hill Brewery). Very, very nice but way too easy to drink for a beer of its strength. Happily Norwich seems to have a whole host of microbreweries springing up.

If any of you venture north of the border try the Mash Tun pub - Redwell brewery plus loads of other tap beers combined with the Harbeque which serves US-style smoked meats as snacks or you can have a superb dinner there for a tiny amount of cash. A winning combination.

Hope to enjoy you making a run at the play-offs as long as we can do it from the comfort of one of the top two spots. Love to see an old farm derby in the PL next season (if only for the guaranteed 6 points we'd get!).

Good call on the Old Speckled Hen, one of the sponsors of Northants Cricket Club and my drink of choice on my summer visits to the County Ground.

....yup Adnams broke into the spirits market quite recently. We regularly head for a break to Southwold...aaah!

I mis-read yr last bracket as...6 pints! That would be a good idea, but doubt we would see much of the game!

Yes, we are more hopeful, but pragmatic too. We enthuse about what our players have achieved in quite best season for at least 5 years, but we will be really stretched to make the autos. But football is an extraordinary game as we know, and worse things have happened in going up in tandem with Norwich! Now what are the odds on that I wonder?!
