Nowt wrong with Canvey Island, SN23. I have a soft spot for the Thames Riviera and its myriad delights. You can't beat a pie and a pint at the Monico (sic), followed by a film at the two screen cinema.

And Pitsea has one of the biggest Tesco stores in the United Kingdom.

And Canvey gave us both Dr Feelgood and Eddie And The Hot Rods, so it will be forever loved. The A13 passes by some morbid ****holes, but they're morbid ****holes with soul.
