To be honest I still love a good old fashioned fry up with sausage, bacon, eggs, mushrooms, hash brown, black pudding, toast, beans. However I haven't seen one in a while but love my current breakfasts. Basically two portions of some kind of meat (don't get excited jpf not an invitation), and then some mushroom or scrambled eggs on the side. Steak some days, turkey steak others, pork steaks etc. Just keep changing. All about the protein. When I still had bready stuff I liked a bagel with Philly and bacon. The other one I have at the mo is an avocado with a poached egg in the middle and bacon crumbs on top.

Can't beat a bowl of Bubur Ayam:

Its rice porridge with chicken, spring onions, peanuts, bready stuff, soy sauce and as much chili sauce as you can take at that time of the morning. Sold at loads of street stalls. Also great after a night on the pxss to sweat out a bit of alcohol.
Its either that or trying to get the maid to do me an English breakfast but it can be a bit limited with no bacon, pork sausage or black pudding.

Haven't touched pork since I converted to Islam when I married the Mrs 20years ago. Don't miss it either. Can limit the choice of food when I am on business in Papua New Guinea - they don't eat much else there.

I rarely eat big meals for breakfast and normally stick to Muesli and such like but once in and while it has to be pancakes with either bacon (not streaky and certaintly not ****ing burnt) or sausages with plenty of Canadian Maple Syrup.

Despite popular* belief, my typical week-day btrkkie is either 2 slices of brown seeded bread toadted, OR a banana sliced with some low fat yoghurt and some muesli or granola. Sometimes in winter I go fof porridge.

Occasional weekend treat either croissants/pain au raisin or maybe a bacon roll.
About once every month or two we have a full English, but as a brunch.

*popular being a loose term for an image Albert has created for everyone to jump on. <laugh>
