Players feigning injury also piss me off. It's pretty easy to see if a player is hurt, he lies there without moving. Any player rolling around is not badly hurt. Why don't referees see this. Football could be improved significantly if when a player went down, the man with the magic sponge was allowed on immediately but the game continued.
Morata to Arsenal, too. Not to mention they came close to loaning Coentrao to Man Utd, even though we had been in discussions for him as part of the Bale deal.
Robert Green, that was the ****. Certainly don't mention Sherwood and Green in the same breath Rob Hood and Rob Green. one couldn't be caught and one couldn't catch.
The BBC running a story on how David Beckham didn't get a knighthood in the New Year's Honours List. Here's a short list of footballers who haven't been knighted yet the BBC didn't complain about it: Danny Blanchflower, Dave McKay, Jimmy Greaves, Pat Jennings, Glenn Hoddle, Teddy Sheringham, Johnny Haynes, Peter Shilton, George Best, Denis Law, Kenny Dalglish, Tony Adams, David Seaman, Stuart Pearce, Paul Ince, Ryan Giggs, Bryan Robson, Gordon Banks, Martin Peters...
I understand why people think that Andy Murray should've been recognised, as he actually did something memorable this year, but what the **** did Beckham do?
Change his hairstyle? Considering that eight of the eleven players in the 1966 WC final haven't been knighted, why should Beckham?

Was just about to post about Morata. I'm almost tempted to stage a stealth mission to break into Levy's office and tear up the contract with Madrid - we'd need someone in Spain to do the same thing in the Madrid office though.
Basically, the "relationship" goes thus ... 1. They pay a serious Levy tax for our players. 2. In order to feel they have not been totally done over, they attempt to loan/sell players we are interested in, to those clubs perceived to be our rivals.
I'd be worried about this if I thought the honours system was anything other than the establishment consolidating its position, patting itself on the back and making sure that all pleb heros become part of the 'club' in order to bask in the reflected glory. The only people who accept honours are either fawning dicks, misguided 'nice' people or pushy little ****s, oh! and Daily Mail readers. People like Bill Nich and Cloughie are far too real for such spurious honours and I'm glad the powers kept well away from these real heros.
