Barnsley have done really well over the last two seasons in surviving on shrewd loan signings - big ask for them to do it again particularly with the 3 clubs that cam e up all likely to survive if not even fare very well. For me therefore Barnsley Palace (because they are in turmoil and have sold their better players) and my surprise contender ... Ipswich
