While signings of first team players have stopped (except for loans), the player recruitment continues behind the scenes. It looks as if MMs long term vision is still progressing and the promise of signings for here and now and for the future are being delivered. There have been a number of young trialists who have shown promise with the odd contract being offered. Some red tape needs to be got though to get Mansaray on our books: http://www.walesonline.co.uk/footba...rating-time-for-teen-mansaray-91466-32141465/ and a young right back (we need one or two of those) ,Luke Coullson, is on trial at the moment but seems to have impressed MM who was at the development game watching on Tuesday night. MM seems to have at least one eye on the future with the recruitment of young hopefuls high on the agenda.
All good foundations for the future of the club. Like catching fish, some tiddlers will be thrown back into the pond but some will prove to be excellent catches and worthy of bringing to the table.
BFB fish references on a Friday please, especially if bringing them to the table. Good to see youngsters being looked at.
Sorry Taff. We have a free and easy house not bounded by stereotypical inhibitions. It's fish any day for us. Nothing like a good fish supper any night of the week.
I'm with you Blue, I like catching them any day of the week. Though there is an old law in Scotland that stops you fishing for Salmon on a Sunday.
Taff you missed the pun, BFB there's a time and a Plaice for fish related jokes !!!! (im in the taxi already) Back to topic. Luke Coullson looked very good on tuesday according to the reports, we do have the makings of a very good Development/ U21s.
