I wasn't intending for you to seek my approval, I meant every word of what I said. You played very well and deserved a point.


I really don't get the abuse I've had from making a genuine friendly post - that was not meant to be patronising in the slightest


But if you disagree and think I was being patronising then that's down to you, but trust me - my intentions were genuine.

 

Skylarker, for what it's worth, I took your words as genuine and I appreciated your gesture, but then, my parents taught me that good manners cost nothing, I can only apologise for the bad manners from a couple of our posters!

I think most of us took it at face value, I know I did, so thanks to the OP.

I'd be happy for Liverpool to go on and win the PL now. As someone said earlier, would be nice to see Gerrard lift the trophy as a reward for his loyalty. A character like him is something we are severely lacking.

I do disagree, it was patronising whether your intentions were genuine or not, it doesn't have to be deliberate.
